Juelz Santana, the popular rapper, is missing since Sunday late evening. He disappeared after a gun was discovered in his carry-on luggage. His weapon was found at the Newark Airport on Friday night. He fled when the Transportation Security Administration discovered his gun at the security check.

Rapper Juelz Santana from North Jersey ran off after the officials learned he was carrying a fully loaded gun during the airport security check at the Newark Liberty International Airport. He was still missing as of Sunday evening.

Passaic County Sheriff's Department’s spokesman, Bill Maer, said that the authorities were on the alert of the fugitive situation. They were all looking out for Santana. Wherever he was arrested, he would then be transported to the appropriate authorities.

It has also emerged that Santana contacted the authorities to surrender. It is not very clear if he would actually do so. The police have been looking out for Santana from Friday. He dodged the security and got into a cab after his gun was discovered.

Santana was supposed to perform in San Francisco at The Grand Nightclub but the event was later canceled. The host found out about the incident when his friends told him.
